How do I receive confirmation of my order?
When an order is placed, you will be sent an email to confirm your purchase and a unique reference number for your order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards or if you would prefer to pay by cheque please make payable to Lucy Willow Limited and send to Lucy Willow Ltd, Unit 35, Bradley Hall Trading Estate, Bradley Lane, Standish, Wigan, WN6 0XQ.
The full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order. If, in the instance, your item is out of stock or you are ordering a bespoke item a 50% deposit will be required with the balance to be paid just prior to delivery.
Delivery of smaller furniture items and accessories will normally be made by Royal Mail or our nominated overnight carrier. Larger furniture items will be delivered by us or, in some circumstances, by our nominated carriers.
Can you deliver to a different delivery address?
Should it be more convenient for you, we can deliver to your residence, work or another address. In your shopping cart you can choose the address you require the product to be delivered
What are your delivery charges?
For all orders over £500 there is no delivery charge to anywhere in mainland Britain.
For furniture orders between £100 and £500 there is a charge of £25 which will be automatically added to your shopping cart the moment you checkout.
For accessory orders totalling less than £100 a standard delivery charge of between £3.95 and £9.99 will be added depending on the number of items purchased.

Currently our free delivery service is available only to mainland Britain addresses. For off shore islands there will be an extra charge for furniture deliveries please contact us before you order. How long is delivery likely to take?
For in stock furniture items we aim to deliver within 7-14 days from receipt of order. Most non furniture items will be delivered within 7 working days after confirmation of your order.

As we do 95% of our own deliveries we are able to take your item away at the point of delivery thereby avoiding any unnecessary inconvenience and either exchange your item or refund your money subsequently. Please do refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
Can I receive colour samples of your furniture/fabrics?

Will you assemble furniture for me?
Yes we can. For relevant items an option is available to request this service at a small extra cost.
Will you reupholster items for me?
Yes we do this a lot for our customers. Please contact us on 0845 8030988 so that we can discuss your requirements and advise you accordingly.
